Abstract

Anyone who contemplates the state of technology today finds that technology is moving rapidly. Every now and then, we find things that appear to us and are a reason for changing the way of life and work. Among the most important of these technologies is artificial intelligence and automation technology. There is no doubt that this technology has many uses in several security, medical, educational, industrial, commercial and other fields. It is used in education, health, and almost all aspects of life. Countries and government agencies have been keen to use artificial intelligence in many transactions to eliminate human error. However, it is agreed that there is no technology that does not have its drawbacks, and it must have legislation to regulate it, and systems that define responsibility in it, and how to benefit from it, in a way that does not conflict with the general systems of the state, as well as searching for the relevant systems and regulations and then applying them to this modern technology. This is the goal of this research, which is to evaluate the effects of using automation and artificial intelligence on laws and individual rights.
