التدابير الوقائية لحماية الأطفال في الإسلام: "دراسة حول المسؤوليات والتبعات للوقاية من الانحراف والتطرف"
Abstract
This research, entitled: (Preventive measures to protect Children in Islam) aims at clarifying the preventive measures mentioned in the general context of Holy Qur’an, and linking them to the Prophetic application of these measures, while highlighting and activating the family role so that the process of preventive measures becomes integrated; because measures as a science and texts need a model and a practical example to be followed which is represented in the applications of Sunnah, then activating and employing these measures through the first incubator, which is the family.
In my present research, I relied on the analytical approach concerned with studying various scientific problems, whether by analysis, synthesis or evaluation. I also employed the historical approach to understand the past and attempt to understand the present in light of past events and developments and emphasizing their importance. I also linked contemporary studies which dealt with the problem of the elderly homes and the suffering of parents in old age in a way that could achieve a balanced equation between protecting childhood and protecting parents in the same home of that large family and highlighting its role it carries out in protecting children and childhood from deviation and drifting towards undesirable matters, especially when we watch on television and social media children under the age of ten carrying weapons and having joined extremist groups that tamper with childhood, and manipulate religion, values, humanity, principles, ethics and customs.

المستخلص
يهدف البحث إلى بيان التدابير الوقائية الواردة في السياق العام للقرآن الكريم، وربطها بالتطبيق النبوي لهذه التدابير، مع إبراز وتفعيل الدور الأسري لكي تتكامل عملية التدابير الوقائية؛ لأن التدابير كعلم ونصوص تحتاج إلى نموذج ومثال عملي يتم الاقتداء به ويتمثل في تطبيقات السنة، ثم تفعيل وتوظيف هذه التدابير من خلال الحاضنة الأولى، وهي الأسرة. وقد اعتمدت في بحثي هذا على المنهج التحليلي المعني بدراسة الإشكالات العلمية المختلفة، تفكيكًا أو تركيبًا أو تقويمًا، وكذا وظفت المنهج التاريخي لفهم الماضي، ومحاولة فهم الحاضر على ضوء الأحداث والتطورات الماضية والتأكيد على أهميتها، كما ربطت بين الدراسات المعاصرة التي عالجت إشكالية دور المسنين ومعاناة الأبوين عند الكبر بما يمكن أن يحقق معادلة متوازنة بين حماية الطفولة وحماية الأبوين في البيت الواحد لتلك العائلة الكبيرة، وإبراز دورها الذي تقوم به؛ لحماية الأطفال والطفولة من الانحراف، والانجراف نحو ما لا يحمد عقباه، ولا سيما حينما نشاهد على شاشات التليفزيون ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أطفالا دون العاشرة يحملون السلاح وقد انضموا إلى جماعات متطرفة وعابثة بالطفولة، ومتلاعبة بالدين، والقيم الإنسانية، والمبادئ، والأعراف.
