Abstract

Among the cognitive tools that can be utilized to attain scientific knowledge is "text analysis."This process involves examining texts from various perspectives, with a primary focus on understanding the intended meaning of the text.This analysis goes beyond merely interpreting the text’s surface meaning and delves into the underlying purpose of the Usul text.Such an approach makes the Usul text relevant and effective across different fields and times.This study aims to clarify the concept of the intended meaning of Usul texts and highlight the key methods through which this intended meaning can be discerned, such as through explicit mention, implication, title, and others. Additionally, it outlines several benefits obtained from considering the intended meaning, such as narrowing down interpretations and interpreting terms in alignment with the intended meaning, while also identifying new issues in the principles of Usul al-Fiqh.This underscores the importance of considering the intended meaning of Usul texts in both scientific research and the study of Usul al-Fiqh.

المستخلص

من الأدوات المعرفية التي يمكن التوصّل من خلالها إلى المعرفة العلمية (تحليل النصوص) فهو عملية تهتم بالنظر إلى النصوص وِفق نظرات، ومن أهم الأدوات في تحليل النصوص النظر إلى مقصود النص، حيث يتعدّى النظر على معنى النص على السبب من وجود النص الأصولي، وهذا النظر يجعل النص الأصولي صالحًا فاعلًا في مجالات وأزمان مختلفة، فجاءت الدراسة تبيّن مفهوم مقصود النصوص الأصولية بالإضافة إلى بيان أهم الطرق التي يمكن من خلالها الوقوف على مقصود النصوص الأصولية، كالتنصيص والإشارة، والعنوان وغيرها، مع بيان جملة من الفوائد التي تتحصل بعد النظر للمقصود، كتضييق الاحتمالات، وتفسير المصطلحات بما يتوافق مع المقصود، مع الوقوف على قضايا جديدة في أصول الفقه مما يدل ذلك على أهمية النظر إلى مقصود النصوص الأصولية في مجال البحث العلمي أو في مجال الدرس الأصولي.
