تصور مقترح لدور الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of Saudi universities in developing a culture of innovation (educational, research, social) among postgraduate students, and subsequently to prepare a proposed framework. A descriptive survey method and expert panel technique were employed. The study population comprised all postgraduate students in master's and doctoral programs at King Saud University, King Khalid University, and the University of Tabuk, totaling 12,625 students, along with educational experts in the relevant field. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 373 students, and the expert panel technique was applied to a sample of 11 educational experts. The findings indicated that the role of Saudi universities in promoting a culture of educational innovation was at a high level, with a mean response of 4.01, followed by social innovation at a high level with a mean of 4.04, and research innovation also at a high level with a mean of 3.77. Considering these results, a proposed framework was developed. The study recommended that Saudi universities adopt the proposed framework as a developmental and practical approach to enhance the culture of innovation among postgraduate students and to provide mechanisms for its implementation.

المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار (التعليمي، البحثي، الاجتماعي) لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا، ومن ثم إعداد تصور مقترح. واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأسلوب ندوة الخبراء. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع طلبة الدراسات العليا في برنامجي: (الماجستير، الدكتوراه) في جامعة: (الملك سعود، الملك خالد، تبوك) ،والبالغ عددهم (12625) طالب وطالبة، وخبراء التربية في مجال الدراسة. وتم تطبيق أداة الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (373) طالب وطالبة، وأسلوب ندوة الخبراء على عينة من خبراء التربية البالغ عددهم (11) خبير. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: أن دور الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار التعليمي جاء بمستوى مرتفع، إذ بلغ متوسط الاستجابات (4.01)، يليه محور الابتكار الاجتماعي بمستوى مرتفع، إذ بلغ متوسط الاستجابات (4.04)، وأخيرًا جاء محور الابتكار البحثي بمستوى مرتفع حيث بلغ متوسط الاستجابات (3,77)، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم إعداد التصور المقترح وأوصلت الدراسة تبني التصور المقترح من قبل الجامعات السعودية كمنهج تطويري تطبيقي لتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا وتوفير آليات تنفيذه.
